Fall Michigan Beer

Fall Michigan beer can be found at Merchant’s Fine Wine in Dearborn.  They have a great selection, and also a Certified Cicerone named Annette May on staff to assist customers with their beer selection.  This photo and others I took are in the current Fall 2013 issue of MICHIGAN BLUE magazine.    

Transformers 4 is nearing the end of filming in downtown Detroit.  Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci and others in the cast looked tired after filming a chinatown action scene Thursday evening.

The University of Michigan’s West Hall is surrounded by clouds illuminated by the Supermoon on June 23 in Ann Arbor.  The historic building was designed by Albert Kahn and completed in 1904.

The Super moon over the Martha Cook building illuminates the clouds on the University of Michigan campus recently.  Not much that’s super about the moon except that it’s the brightest one of 2013.  The historic Martha Cook building was built in 1915.  The photo is a 10 second exposure.  No HDR.  I simply toned the image, … Continued
