Keith Colburn, Captain of the Wizard, one of the featured crab boats on the show Deadliest Catch, made an appearance at the Maple Road Kroger in Ann Arbor on March 15, 2013.  Fans got autographs and took photos with him and got to check out his new line of Alaskan Red King Crab which sells for $19.99 a pound exclusively at Kroger stores.  He told some interesting stories about working on the boat, around all the cameras, etc.  One of the photos he was signing for fans showed a huge buildup of ice in the background.  He talked about the art of efficiently chipping away at it, noting that using the wrong technique would wear out a deckhand very quickly.   He said the camera crew will use some new technology for the upcoming season.

Be safe out there guys.
